Day 1.    Budapest

Arrival to Budapest. Transfer to the hotel, relax. Overnight in Budapest.


Day 2.   Budapest

Budapest city tour: Citadel, Buda castle district, Fisherman’s bastion, St.Stephen’s basilica, Heroes’ square, City Park with the Vajdahunyad castle, Andrássy street, Fashion street, Váci street – with the most outstanding historic monuments and sights, mentioning only the most popular places. Afternoon visit the fancy New York Cafe. In the evening suggested to see the beautiful lighted city! Overnight in Budapest.

 Optional evening program: 1 hour boat tour on the Danube – Budapest by night


Day 3.   Budapest – Zagreb – Fiume – Selce

After an early breakfast we drive to Croatia. With short rest – via Zagreb – we arrive to Fiume in the afternoon. The city is the third largest city and most important port of the country. After arrival walking tour in the old town, Trsat castle and The Shrine of Our Lady of Trsat, and finally take a walk in the famous corso. After sightseeing drive to the nearby Selce and overnight in Selce. 


Day 4.   Selce – Plitvice lakes

Breakfast at the hotel and then drive further to Plitvice Lakes National Park. The first part of our journey drive through to the wonderful Dalmatian coast. Admire the beautiful coast line! We arrive to the park around noon. We spend the rest of the day in the National Park which is part of the UNESCO World Heritage site since 1979. Overnight in Plitvice.


Day 5.   Plitvice – Split

After breakfast we go the the south, and we head to the lovely coast again. Along the way, we stop at the most beautiful coastal towns in a short rest where we could take lots of fantastic photos about this magnificent environment. Arrive to Split at early afternoon. Split is the second largest city of Croatia. Because of the mediterranean climate it is a popular tourist destination with vibrant nightlife and colorful events. Split one of the gastronomic center of the country as well. Overnight in Split.


Day 6.   Split – Omis – Makarska

Today we drive further along the Adriatic coast where we admire more picturesque landscape. We stop at Omis which is one of the most beautiful Croatian city located sandy coastline. If the weather permits, it will be an opportunity for bathing. Early afternoon drive further to Makarska. Makarska riviera is one of the most popular tourist destination in Croatia. Stunning beaches, mediterranean-style old town, palm-lined seafront promenade, flower and fruit market, cocktail bars and restaurants attract the visitors. Overnight in Makarska.

Day 7.    Makarska – Dubrovnik

Today we participate again a beautiful coastal journey to Dubrovnik. Dubrovnik is probably the most atmospheric and most beautiful Dalmatian town. The old town, the monuments, the magnificent buildings are impress every visitor. After arrival sightseeing. Overnight in Dubrovnik.


Day 8.  Dubrovnik

Breakfast at the hotel and then we go for a fantastic trip. The small cable car rises above the city, with breathtaking views of the old town. In a clear weather you can see more than 70 km far. After this amazing ride we take a walking tour in the city: the old town walls, Sponza palace, old pier, Onofrio fountain, the cathedral, Franciscan Monastery, etc… Overnight in Dubrovnik.


Day 9.   Dubrovnik – Bay of Kotor / Tivat – Budva

Today we discover another lovely country on the Adriatic coast, Montenegro. The country is characterized by steep hills and beautiful bays divided by the coastline. First we stop at Bay of Kotor which is a UNESCO World Heritage site. Stop at Perast where we admire its amazing old town, but the most impressive sight undoubtedly the small island with a gorgeous church at Boka Bay. The water taxi goes in every few minutes with which we get to the small island. Our next stop Tivat, maybe the most popular place in Montenegro. Porto Montenegro is called “new Monaco”, luxury yachts and sailboats ring in the azure blue sea. Our last destination today is Budva and Sveti Stefan in 15 minutes’ drive from Budva. This small islet is famous actors and celebrities’ luxury holiday destination. Overnight in Budva or nearby.


Optional program: Blue cave boat tour – Herceg Novi

((If the sea is not stormy, it is possible to swim in a small cave as well. It can be reached only by boat and only calm, clear weather.)


Day 10.  Budva – Podgorica – Sarajevo 

We say goodbye to the Adriatic today but before we leave this amazing environment take some beautiful pictures. We will drive along the Skadar Lake which is the largest lake of the Balkan-penisula. On average it is 44km long, 10km wide and 8 metres deep, although its deepest point, a spring at Raduš, is a crypto-depression (below sea level) at more than 60 metres depth. Here can be found Europe's largest bird sanctuary, a birders' paradise, with more than 260 different species including the rare southern dalmatian pelican and pygmy cormorant. On the way we stop for a short visit at Podgorica, the capital of Montenegro. We will arrive to capital of Bosnia-Hercegovina, in Sarajevo in the afternoon. After arrival free time, relax. Overnight in Sarajevo.


Day 11.  Sarajevo – Belgrade

After an early breakfast we drive further to Serbia. With short rest we will arrive to city of Belgrade – the capital of Serbia – in the afternoon. After arrival we take a walking tour in the city: Belgrade fortress, Cathedral of Saint Sava, Old Palace. Overnight in Belgrade.


Day 12.   Belgrade – Szeged – Budapest  

Today we go back to Hungary. On the way we stop at Szeged for a lunch a traditional Hungarian fish soup. We will arrive to Budapest at afternoon. After arrival free time, relax. Overnight in Budapest.


Day 13.    Budapest

Free time or transfer to the airport according to the departure.
